“Dear Ellen,
Thank you for the wonderful time we spent in the Darbousson house. Despite the fact it wasn’t the best of (October) weather, we really had a great holiday week. The kids did enjoy the swimming pool, but we also watched some movie's in the tv room and lit the fireplace. I can imagine you live outside most of the time in spring/summer, but we thoroughly enjoyed the indoor life in the house.
It was great having our rental car with us as we visited Nice, Cannes, Monaco, but also some great markets/shops/restaurants in nearby villages. Every morning we walked to the bakery to buy fresh croissants.
I loved the huge American fridge and it was such a great surprise to find the groceries to get us started in there (especially as we arrived late in the evening).
Thanks again for your hospitality, we definitely will be back soon!

Rental prices and Availability
Maximum occupancy is 10 people
We are welcoming families with children of 6 years and up
Lower season: Price per week: Euro 5,600 (Euro 800 per day)
Low season = January until the May (including) and the second week of September until the end of December.
High season: Price per week: Euro 6,300 (Euro 900 per day)
High season = June until the first week of September included
End-of-stay cleaning fee: Euro 150
Safety Deposit: Euro 1,000
During Peak season, the changeover day is Saturday.
If the rental period is for 3 weeks or more a Sunday changeover can be discussed.
Change over day is flexible at other times of the year.

Rates include all linen, towels, pool towels, utilities, gardener, and pool maintenance.
Cleaning lady once a week.
